Employer wage dataset

The wage percentiles on this site for every employer, job title and metro, as CSV and Excel files with documentation.

Updated 2026-10-21. Data: FY2026 Q3 release.

Data, not advice. Estimates from public filings for context, not advice.

Every number on the employer and job-and-metro pages of this site, in files you can sort, filter and join. It is the same public data, already cleaned, matched to BLS OEWS and checked, so you do not have to parse the 250 MB Labor Department workbook yourself. If you only need a few employers, the pages are free.

What you get

  • employers.csv: 10,250 employers with 5 or more certified filings. Filings, 25th, 50th and 75th percentile (10th and 90th for employers with 10 or more filings), wage level mix, ratio to OEWS and top state.
  • employer_job_titles.csv: 10,834 employer-by-job-title rows with filings, 25th, 50th, 75th percentile and the BLS OEWS national median for the occupation.
  • job_metro.csv: 2,993 job-by-metro rows with 10th to 90th percentiles and the BLS OEWS metro median.
  • filed-wages-dataset.xlsx: the three tables as Excel sheets, plus the data dictionary and sources and methods.
  • DATA_DICTIONARY.txt and SOURCES_AND_METHODS.txt: each column, each filter and each limit.

Read it carefully. Filed wages are the bottom of each filing's offered range, so medians run low against what is paid. A filing is not proof anyone was hired or paid that amount. The percentiles, ratios and wage levels are estimates for context, not advice, and nothing in the files promises any salary, offer or outcome. See the methodology and the caveat about filed wages versus OEWS. If the file is damaged or not as described, write to the address on your Polar receipt.

Questions

Is this different from the free pages?

No. The values are the ones published on the free pages, in bulk. What you pay for is the convenience of one tidy, documented file.

Does it list individual filings or workers?

No. It holds aggregates only: no worker names, no contact details, no individual filings.

Will it update?

This file is the FY2026 Q3 release. Future releases will be separate files; this purchase does not promise them.
